3. Payments & Refund Policy
All payments are securely processed through our onboarding portal via Stripe.
- Because Select Prospects provides digital marketing and lead generation services, all payments are final upon submission. Once leads or marketing services are delivered, fulfillment is considered complete.
- Due to the validations we are running on the front end — where costs are incurred immediately to generate and deliver leads — we do not offer refunds, returns, or replacements under any circumstance.
- We’re committed to maintaining transparency and quality in every campaign, and we encourage all partners to review campaign specifications carefully before proceeding with payment.
4. Lead Quality & Liability
- All leads are TCPA-compliant
- We cannot guarantee lead conversion or specific results
- Your use of our leads is at your own risk
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the leads or services in question
- Select Prospects is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages
5. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials are the property of Select Prospects. You may not copy or use our content without permission.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to services at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Utah.
8. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes will first be resolved informally through communication
- If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration under U.S. law
- You waive the right to participate in class actions
